Transitioning into menopause? You may need to take a different, more holistic approach to treating your symptoms and addressing the whole body is imperative. All our classes are not your average group exercise class. They are tailored to each individual within the class, and their specific needs. You will be required to have an initial consultation where a throughout assessment both static and dynamic will be done allowing us to design the perfect program for you and your personal goals. Our programs are a 3 phased approach addressing everything from breathing mechanics, posture & alignment, pelvic floor function & connection, reconnecting with your core transitioning through to more advanced strength movements & higher intensity/impact (if desired).
