Once you have been given the all clear by your health care provider, your next best best point of call is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to assist you with safe prescription of exercise during this exciting time. We work closely with you through your whole pregnancy journey to assist with keeping you moving and reducing any aches & pains that arise during this period. All our classes are not your average group exercise class. They are tailored to each individual within the class, and their specific needs. You will be required to have an initial consultation where a throughout assessment both static and dynamic will be done allowing us to design the perfect program for you and your personal goals. Exercise programming during this time will pivot towards maintaining current strengths, reducing risks, education, improve core training strategy, postural adaptation considerations, breathing mechanics and ultimately preparation for labour.
